Empire has continued to grow and change throughout our history to meet the needs of our customers. Our Quality Assurance program sets us apart by insuring we deliver precise and consistent parts every time.
Empire's Facility:
Our headquarters are located in Spokane, Washington. We've recently expanded and remodeled both our warehouse and office to bring more lean concepts into our operations.
All items in our inventory are organized and located precisely in our warehouse by a customized locator system, improving the accuracy and speed in which your order is filled.
Innovative Systems:
In mid-2009 we installed a new enterprise software system that is truly progressive. Stock levels at each location can be electronically monitored and replenished to each customer specification.
Additionally, Empire also features , a wireless warehouse, and in respect to the environment, we are working toward a paperless internal operation.
