Empire has continued to grow and change throughout our history to meet the needs of our customers. Our Quality Assurance program sets us apart by insuring we deliver precise and consistent parts every time.
Empire's Facility:
Our headquarters are located in Spokane, Washington. We've recently expanded and remodeled both our warehouse and office to bring more lean concepts into our operations.
All items in our inventory are organized and located precisely in our warehouse by a customized locator system, improving the accuracy and speed in which your order is filled.
Innovative Systems:
We are in the process of installing a new enterprise software system that is truly progressive. In addition to our great phone-in and VMI Service, our customers will be able to access their accounts 24/7, place online orders, check stock as well as the status of your shipment.
Empire will also feature wireless RFID VMI service, a wireless warehouse, and in respect to the environment, a paperless internal operation.
