Empire has continued to grow and change throughout our history to meet the needs of our customers. Our Quality Assurance program sets us apart by insuring we deliver precise and consistent parts every time.
Empire's Facility:
Our headquarters are located in Spokane, Washington. We've recently expanded and remodeled both our warehouse and office to bring more lean concepts into our operations.
All items in our inventory are organized and located precisely in our warehouse by a customized locator system, improving the accuracy and speed in which your order is filled.
Innovative Systems:
Upgrades were made in late 2011 to our unified communications, improving our ability to track, contact and be reached by our customers, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Additionally, upgrades have been made and continue to be implemented to our enterprise system, improving functionality, reporting and accuracy. Our facility is completely 100%controlled and all orders are filled electronically.
iPads have been implemented to allow Field Personnel to be in live contact with staff and customers as well as the ability to order from remote locations while viewing live inventory at Empire.
