2010 is shaping up to be an exciting year! We have progressed well in making improvements that have streamlined our business and will allow us to more competitively and efficiently service our customers.In addition, we've updated all of our VMI locations to be serviced with our electronic system...more accuracy and reporting to our customers so they can see usage and pricing trends quickly and transparently.
Plans for 2010
** Monthly product training for our sales staff and customers with factory reps!
** Spanish communication lessons for key staff so that we may better care for our customers in Latin America
**Develop an internet portal for customers to be able to access their data and our inventory information 24/7
**Develop an online help desk for frequently asked technical questions.
