LEAN RESOURCES

"Lean" Management practices are widely recognized as one of the most effective ways to rapidly improve business processes and profitability, to achieve and sustain a competitive edge, continuously improving product and service value in less time and at less cost.  There is a need to be competitive.

The Inland Northwest Lean Management Consortium (INLMC) was created for this purpose, as a forum to share Lean concepts and practices among member organizations--to help each other achieve dramatic results, growing strong and sustainable organizations for now and the future.

Empire Bolt is a 2008 Member Company of the INLMC, and we invite you to learn more about the opportunities that exist in promoting Lean Management by attending a monthly meeting and by visiting INLMC's website at www.inlandnwlmc.com.
