Empire has the only documented quality control lab in the Inland Northwest designed to meet the needs of our customers who must comply with ISO standards or precise tolerances. In addition, we are the only fastener distributor in the area to have a Mechanical Engineer on staff to address questions and provide solutions.
We have the tools, training and knowledge necessary to inspect and communicate your unique needs to our custom manufacturers with precision and provide you with quality parts that perform to your specifications.

Empire's Quality Lab
Empire upgraded our quality department in 2009 by investing in additional gages and tools to precisely inspect your parts.
As of 2009, Danette Whitney passed her exams and is now a certified inspector in Empire's lab, bringing our total to 3 certified inspectors and a technician.
