International Ordering and Shipping Restrictions
Only custom, made-to-print items are sold outside of the US, Canada and Mexico. Standard off-the-shelf items are NOT sold overseas. Exceptions may be allowed if your company has a physical location or branch within the US and an in-house credit account has been established with Empire. Visa and Mastercard may also be accepted for customers with US Headquarters or Branch locations.
Shipping Options
Empire Bolt offers shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS) and/or United States Postal Service (USPS) depending upon the type of products you would like to purchase and the destination country. We have found these options to be the most secure, efficient, and reasonably priced.
Import Duties and Other Taxes
Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs quoted by Empire. As the importer of record, you and your company must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. We also recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.
