Customizable Bulk Machine Screws

As their name would imply, Machine Screws are most often used in machinery to fasten various components together.  They are utilized in pre-drilled holes that are often tapped with coordinating internal threads to engage the Machine Screw’s external threads.  Alternately, they may be used in through-holes mated to a nut on the opposing side.

Machine Screws are identified by several distinct characteristics:
  • Fully threaded through the entire length of the screw
  • Threads which are uniform in diameter through the full length of the screw
  • Threads which engage either a coordinating nut or a pre-tapped internally threaded hole
  • A drive feature machined into the head allowing the screw to be installed with the proper tool
