Square Beveled Washers provide a unique and necessary function in structural bolting.  In the vast majority of all fastening applications, the bearing surfaces of the mated components are parallel to one another, making the seating of the fastening components level and solid.  However, in many structural bolting applications, the structural channels and beams provide bearing surfaces lacking parallelism to their mated bolts.  The angled bearing surface of the Square Beveled Washer allows the bolt and structural surface to be in parallel, thus providing the firm seating required in these high strength applications.  They are supplied in plain finish, electro-zinc, and hot dipped galvanized.
