3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape F9465PC features a 5 mil medium-firm acrylic adhesive on a polycoated paper liner. It is designed to bond high surface energy (HSE) plastics and to resist the effects of plasticizer migration in flexible vinyls.

Resists the effects of plasticizer migration in flexible vinyls. Offers excellent UV resistance for improved adhesive longevity. Provides good humidity and temperature resistance for durability. Plasticizer resistant to help prevent stains and damage.
