Pliable paste consistency goes where needed with no sagging
Contains no aluminum powders and cures cream-colored. Excellent adhesion to metals at temperatures up to 250ºF (121ºC).
Flammability testing per UL94 HB.

This adhesive is designed to provide high strength, high temperature resistance and smooth bond lines. It features slightly lower thermal conductivity than other 2214 epoxies, with higher dielectric strength.
